Five D is so named because whilst property is three dimensional, and time is always considered the fourth dimension, at Five D we believe there is also a “fifth” dimension – the additional value that is created when you look beyond the ordinary or obvious for solutions that are innovative and creative.

Established in 2003, Five D has secured contracts with Federal and State Governments along with major private corporations, delivering exceptional end to end, integrated Property and Facilities management services.

Five D is the largest privately owned Property and Facilities Management company in Australia, and among our many clients are state and federal governments and a broad spectrum of private sector companies including travel, transport and communications businesses.
