Help Desk Management

Five D provides Help Desk services to the majority of its Government and Corporate clients. The Five D Help Desk operators are thoroughly trained in both Five D best practice and each client’s portfolio specifics, the result is faster and more accurate problem evaluation, enabling on the spot decision-making (within defined processes).
